What are some beliefs you have about yourself? Where/how did you learn this about yourself? Did someone teach you to believe this?

If you had to give your anxiety a name,

Write down a list of what your ego/ inner critic says to you, write in detail about the mean beliefs you have about yourself. When you feel like you have written all of the harsh comments, throw it in the trash because those words are meant for the garbage not you!

If you had to take yourself on a date, where would you go? What would you do? What would you wear?

Draw a graph or pie chart in your journal as to how you spend your daily time (social media, fresh air, creative expression, cooking, engaging with others, etc). Once you have a visual, observe what you see.

Write a piece about your favourite time of day, why is it your favourite time of day? What does this tell you about yourself?

Write down your ideal self care practice! Share every little detail that would fill your internal cup! Then, create a date for yourself to honour this self care practice in some way.

What is a craft you want to do one day? Write it down and map it out– how, when, what materials needed to make this happen.

Create your "feeling myself" playlist, whatever that means to honor your true feelings, and vibrate these feelings out and around, whatever that means to you. Maybe you are doing this in a car, in the fresh air, from laying on your back, all is valid! Feel yourself through vibration.

Draw a place you would like to visit– this can be as detailed and imaginative as you would like!
(cotton candy clouds are totally valid)

Write down a time you remember feeling nervous in public. What advice would you objectively give yourself in this moment if you could?

Write a letter to the part of your body you don't usually send love to. What function does that body part provide you with? What is a nice comment you can say to that body part.

It is time to forgive yourself - for whatever "it" might be. You cannot change the past, but you can release your present self by warmly forgiving your past self.

Journal what your perception of "beauty" means. Reflect and maybe share this with a trusted friend. How can you incorporate a healthy perception of beauty into your life?

Write a letter to someone who has impacted your life. What would you want to say to them?

For this self reflection prompt, hydrate and go slow please. Bullet point what your inner critic has said that has hurt you. Hydrate some more, then write down the opposite of what your inner critic. You are separate from your inner critic!
