Shipping policy
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn't been visibly worn out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received. We aim to make exchange & refunds as friction-less as we can for you. Simply email our customer service team at support@selfcarestation.com and let us know what's going on and we'll figure out the best and most timely way to get everything resolved for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside the USA):
International countries have a duty fee that applies to all imported items. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense. All international orders must go through customs in their destination country before being handed to local couriers or delivery companies. This process varies between countries and may take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to complete.
