Do you donate any of your proceeds?
YES! For every sale on our site, we donate 10% to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States.
I am an artist and I want to submit my work to your website! What should I do?

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes we do! The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the items you order along with where they are being sent! USPS advises that First Class Mail International can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive outside of the US. If you are curious how much shipping will be, it is calculated during checkout :)
Please note: A customs duty fee may be applied when you go to receive your item. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to get your order shipped out to you. We print your clothing orders on-demand as a way of keeping our company footprint as small as possible. Unfortunately, this does mean it can take us a bit longer to get your order to you, especially during the holidays!
I'm having issues with my order...

If you suspect that your order has gotten lost in transit or if you have received something different than what you ordered, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we'll help you get everything squared away as quickly and friction-less as possible. Your having a satisfactory experience when shopping our website, or engaging with us in any way, is of the utmost importance to us. What should I do in case I need to exchange what I ordered or return it altogether?
We aim to make exchange & refunds as friction-less as we can for you. Simply email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what's going on and we'll figure out the best and most timely way to get everything resolved for you.
My order is being held in customs; When will I receive it?
All international orders must go through customs in their destination country before they are handed to the local post or delivery company to complete. The customs clearance process varies from country to country and can take anything from 1 week to 1 month to clear.
Is your clothing ethically sourced?
We appreciate you taking the time to do your research before buying! This is so important to us as well. Most of our garments are made by Bella+Canvas which is a company based in California. We chose them because they are conscious of their impact on the environment and they are ethically sourced. When is your holiday order deadline?
Our holiday order deadline for 2019 is Tuesday, December 10th. Because we print all of our clothing orders on-demand as they come in, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that your order will get to you in time if you order after this date. Thanks for understanding :)
