Do you donate any of your proceeds?

YES! For every sale on our site, we donate 10% to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns that are requested within 30 days of when your order was delivered as long as you ship products back to us in the condition it arrived. Please email support@selfcarestation.com if you need to return your product.It's always a good idea to check our sizing chart before making an order so we highly recommend it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to get your order fulfilled and shipped out to you. We print your clothing orders on-demand as a way of keeping our company footprint as small as possible. Unfortunately, this does mean it can take us a bit longer to get your order to you, especially during the holidays!

What is the fit of your clothes / are your clothes true to size?

Our clothes are unisex and have a more relaxed fit. Please refer to the sizing chart for a more detailed outline of the clothing measurements or our lookbook to see the actual items on other community members!

My product arrived faulty/damaged! Help?!

We offer full refunds for faulty/damaged products that are requested within 30 days of when the order was delivered to you. Please email support@selfcarestation.com and include photos of the damaged product. Please note we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for products that are delayed with shipping as we cannot control the postal delivery times.

I am an artist and I want to submit my work to your website! What should I do?

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes we do! The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the items you order along with where they are being sent! USPS advises that First Class Mail International can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive outside of the US. If you are curious how much shipping will be, it is calculated during checkout :)


Please note: A customs duty fee may be applied when you go to receive your item. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.


My order is being held in customs; When will I receive it?

All international orders must go through customs in their destination country before they are handed to the local post or delivery company to complete. The customs clearance process varies from country to country and can take anything from 1 week to 1 month to clear.

We chose them because they are conscious of their impact on the environment and they are ethically sourced. When is your holiday order deadline this year?

Our holiday order deadline for receiving your order by X-Mas Eve 2020 is Wednesday, December 2nd. Because we print all of our clothing orders on-demand as they come in, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that your order will get to you in time if you order after this date. Thanks for understanding :)
