Yes! We love giving back to our community and feel called upon to assist as many folks in need as possible through the growing support that we receive. Each purchase on our website directly supports the artists and mental health advocates we collaborate with on the items we offer. Additionally, each purchase allows us to increase the amount we're able to donate to the variety of mental health and suicide prevention nonprofits that we champion. I'm an artist that wants to submit my artwork. What should I do?

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns that are requested within 30 days of your order being delivered. All returned products must be in their original condition. Please email support@selfcarestation.com to initiate the return process. To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend viewing our Sizing Chart before placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! The cost of shipping will vary depending on your order weight and order destination. USPS states that First Class Mail International takes between 7-21 business days to arrive outside of the U.S. Please note that exact shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

A customs duty fee may be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.

Where do I send my return items to?

Once you've initiated the return process by emailing support@selfcarestation.com and we approve the return, please ship your return items to the following address:

My order is being held in customs. When will I receive it?

All international orders must go through customs in their destination country before being handed to local couriers or delivery companies. This process varies between countries and may take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to complete.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Please allow up to 10 days for us to print and fulfill your order prior to shipment. We print all our garments on-demand in order to keep our company footprint as small as possible. Unfortunately, this does mean it may take us a bit longer to ship your order, especially during the holidays.

Is your clothing ethically sourced?

We appreciate you taking the time to do your research before buying. This is important to us as well. The majority of our garments are made by Bella+Canvas, based in California. They are conscious of their impact on the environment and their materials are ethically sourced. CLICK HERE to learn more.

How do your clothes fit? Are they true-to-size?

Our clothes are unisex and feature a more relaxed fit. Please refer to our Sizing Chart for specific garment measurements or visit our Lookbook to see our products being worn by other community members!

When is your 2021 Holiday Order Deadline?

Our 2021 holiday order deadline for receiving your order by X-Mas Eve is Thursday, December 9th. Please be advised that we print all your orders on-demand as they arrive, so we cannot guarantee that your order will deliver on time if it is placed after this date.
